MotionDock, a dynamic creative team specializing in brand advertising, is seeking a Social Media Manager to energize and showcase our culture and work across social platforms. This role is based onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, starting in October. The ideal candidate will not only manage our social media presence but also foster team spirit through engaging offline activities. This position requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, actively participates in content creation, and brings the team together through both digital and in-person initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a creative social media strategy across multiple platforms to reflect the brand’s energy and vision.
- Organize internal photoshoots and dedicated content creation days to generate fresh and engaging material.
- Plan and coordinate team events, activities, and weekly recreational sessions such as sports and games to build camaraderie.
- Invite and collaborate with industry leaders, vloggers, and content creators for talks, workshops, or joint projects.
- Maintain active communication channels including Slack, WhatsApp groups, and public social profiles to keep the community engaged.
- Manage day-to-day community and culture initiatives, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a software company or a creative agency environment.
- Strong creative sensibility with an eye for compelling and visually appealing content.
- Outgoing and personable, with a natural ability to bring people together and foster teamwork.
- Skilled in event organization and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work onsite full-time.
