About the Role Cloud Next 360 is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently manage the company's social media presence, create engaging content, design posts, edit videos, and stay updated with the latest trends. Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's social media pages, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Plan content calendars and develop creative content strategies.
Design engaging posts, carousels, banners, and other social media creatives.
Create, shoot, and edit reels, short videos, and promotional content.
Follow trending topics, viral formats, and social media updates to create relevant content.
Write captions, schedule posts, and manage regular publishing.
Monitor engagement and analyze content performance to improve reach and growth.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience and strong content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills may also be considered.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
Ability to manage the complete content creation and publishing process independently.
A creative mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
