We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team based in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond simply posting content and knows how to create engaging posts that make audiences stop scrolling. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative social media strategies, managing multiple client accounts, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. This is an office-based position with a Monday to Saturday schedule, offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative content ideas and campaign concepts tailored to various social media platforms.
- Create and maintain content strategies and detailed content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Write compelling copy and captions that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand messaging.
- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the branding team to maintain a cohesive and creative brand presence across all social channels.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Proven ability to generate creative content ideas and execute engaging campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and use data to inform decision-making.
- Effective multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A creative mindset combined with a solid understanding of branding principles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or media environment is advantageous.
