Social Media Manager & Script Writer

Beddy’s Studio, located on Tariq Road, Karachi, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager & Script Writer to join their team full-time. This on-site role operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media platforms and crafting compelling scripts, particularly within the e-commerce sector. This position requires someone who can effectively enhance the brand’s online presence by producing engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives action.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and expand the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media channels.
- Develop comprehensive monthly content plans and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Write captivating scripts for Reels, TikTok videos, and other promotional content.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks, captions, calls-to-action (CTAs), and innovative content ideas.
- Conduct research on current trends and produce content that leverages popular formats.
- Collaborate closely with the video and design teams to ensure smooth content production.
- Monitor the performance of social media content and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms to strengthen brand identity.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities with tailored content.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management and scriptwriting.
- Strong expertise in managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities, with a knack for creating engaging narratives.
- Ability to craft compelling hooks and conversion-focused content that drives engagement.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
