Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our team in Sialkot. This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and a proven ability to design and execute effective campaigns that generate leads, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms, developing targeted advertising strategies, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Create and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
- Develop and optimize ad campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve clear performance goals.
- Generate high-quality leads, drive sales growth, and increase audience engagement through strategic marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and marketing content.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Demonstrated success in running advertising campaigns with measurable and positive results.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
- Ability to independently manage, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a results-driven approach.
- Availability to work full-time from the Sialkot office.
