Social Media Marketer

WPBrigade is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in engaging with our community and driving meaningful traffic across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Manage and grow social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Design social media banners using tools like Figma and Canva.
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns.
- Engage with the online community and manage responses effectively.
- Track basic social media analytics and prepare reports.
- Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, including internships.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for creative writing.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and branding strategies.
- Familiarity with design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Passionate about digital marketing with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Sialkot. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
