We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to enhance our company’s social media presence and support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop engaging posts, graphics, captions, and marketing content tailored to each platform.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating leads.
- Monitor audience engagement, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure a consistent brand image is maintained across all marketing channels and communications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of broader digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, current marketing trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
