Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts for Novent Labs and its projects.
- Research trending topics, content ideas, and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
- Create engaging captions, social media posts, and innovative content concepts.
- Support the design of graphics, carousels, and social media creatives using Canva.
- Help plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure consistency.
- Schedule and publish approved content across various social media platforms.
- Research relevant hashtags, keywords, and audience interests to optimize reach.
- Assist with Instagram Reels, short-form video concepts, and content scripting.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track basic social media performance.
- Collaborate remotely with the marketing and creative teams to align strategies.
- Suggest fresh ideas to enhance brand awareness and boost audience engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Open to students, fresh graduates, and individuals new to the workforce.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Strong written English skills with a flair for creative communication.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred but not mandatory.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Ability to research trends and develop compelling content ideas.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
