Right Tail Corp is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to join their team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Rawalpindi, with some flexibility for remote work. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, creating, and publishing social media content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals. The intern will support daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to basic inquiries, and assisting with campaign execution alongside the marketing team. Additionally, the role involves basic performance tracking, competitor research, and contributing ideas to enhance audience growth and brand visibility. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and support broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and creating social media content tailored to various platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Conduct basic performance tracking and analyze social media metrics.
- Perform competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contribute creative ideas to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in social media marketing and digital marketing focused on brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Experience or ability to create social media content, including writing captions and collaborating on visual assets.
- Foundational understanding of marketing concepts and digital campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and professional online interactions.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed coursework or a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from the Gulberg Greens office (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) and manage full-time internship responsibilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and an interest in technology and product development environments.
