Social Media Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Islamabad for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Free Mind Marketing, a well-established 360 Digital Marketing Agency with over a decade of experience in the MENA and Canadian markets. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies for both local and international clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced global environment and be responsible for content planning, publishing, community management, trend research, performance analysis, and campaign coordination. The goal is to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable business results through creative and data-driven social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives across multiple platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals and current trends.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering audience interaction.
- Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform best practices.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate social media campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing channels including influencer marketing, email marketing, and marketing funnels.
- Expertise in content calendar management, audience engagement tactics, and platform-specific best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and management tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media insights and translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
