This full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist position is based in Wah Cantonment. The role focuses on managing and expanding SIMCO Developers’ social media presence by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and business goals. The specialist will develop social media calendars, collaborate with internal teams to gather project updates, and customize content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and engaging with the audience to enhance brand awareness and community interaction are key aspects of the role. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with marketing and business development teams to support broader digital marketing efforts and promote SIMCO’s projects and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect project updates and relevant information for content creation.
- Create, adapt, and publish engaging visual and written content tailored to various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to audience interactions to foster community engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align social media activities with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize social media management and analytics tools to schedule posts, track performance, and generate reports.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong skills in social media content creation, including the development and adaptation of engaging visual and written materials.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and engagement with online audiences.
- Relevant experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, and scheduling software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Wah Cantonment, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
