We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team and enhance our social media presence through visually appealing and brand-consistent content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging posts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, focusing primarily on office furniture and related products. This role requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop designs that align with campaign goals and target audiences, as well as managing a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and eye-catching posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to promote various products.
- Develop product-specific posts featuring office furniture, chairs, tables, sofas, metal fabrication, and powder coating services.
- Create social media banners, promotional offers, catalogs, brochures, and flyers that adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.
- Produce attractive thumbnails for Reels and short videos, including basic video graphics to boost engagement.
- Edit and enhance product photos to improve visual appeal on social media platforms.
- Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand colors, fonts, and overall visual identity.
- Prepare designs specifically tailored for Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create designs that support ongoing campaigns and target customer segments.
- Develop content for new product launches and customized furniture projects to generate interest and awareness.
- Maintain and update a monthly social media design and content calendar to organize and schedule posts effectively.
- Coordinate with photographers and video creators to ensure high-quality product shoots and video content.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools used for creating digital content, including photo editing and basic video graphic creation.
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all materials.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain a content calendar.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
