Social Media QA Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Social Media QA Specialist to join our Content Operations team based in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of quality, brand compliance, and accuracy across large-scale social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee content quality control, audit posts before publication, streamline QA workflows, and utilize automation tools to manage a high-volume publishing pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality audits of social media posts, including copy, visuals, tags, and links, ensuring accuracy, proper grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to publishing.
- Manage large volumes of content by employing batch auditing, sampling methods, and automation tools to maintain consistent quality assurance across extensive content schedules.
- Develop and implement standardized checklists and provide constructive feedback to content creators to minimize recurring errors and improve overall content quality.
- Verify correct scheduling, platform-specific formatting, and accurate URL tracking to ensure seamless publishing processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Social Media QA, Content Operations, or Proofreading roles.
- Excellent command of English grammar with a sharp eye for detail in both visual elements and copy.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprinklr, along with familiarity in proofreading and project management software like Grammarly, Airtable, and Asana.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising on accuracy or attention to detail.

- Strong operational mindset with proven experience managing large-scale, fast-moving content schedules while maintaining precision.
- Skilled in problem-solving by leveraging automation, templates, and sampling techniques to optimize the speed and effectiveness of quality assurance processes.
