We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Social Media QA Specialist to join our Content Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, brand compliance, and accuracy across large-scale social media campaigns. You will be responsible for auditing content before publication, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and optimizing quality assurance workflows. This role involves managing high-volume publishing pipelines by leveraging automation and various tools to streamline processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Audits: Conduct thorough reviews of social media posts, including copy, visuals, tags, and links, to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and compliance with brand standards before publishing.
- Volume Management: Utilize batch auditing, sampling methods, and automation tools to maintain quality assurance efficiently across extensive content schedules.
- Process Improvement: Create and implement standardized checklists and provide constructive feedback to content creators aimed at minimizing recurring errors.
- Publishing Checks: Verify correct scheduling of posts, ensure platform-specific formatting is applied, and confirm proper URL tracking is in place.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Social Media QA, Content Operations, or Proofreading roles.
- Language & Detail Orientation: Exceptional command of English grammar coupled with a sharp eye for identifying both visual and textual errors.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprinklr, along with proofreading and project management tools like Grammarly, Airtable, and Asana.
- Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising on detail.

- Operational Mindset: Proven capability to handle large-scale, fast-moving content schedules while maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy.
