SOCIAL MEDIA SALES & LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into long-term clients for our design and animation services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects across various social media platforms and online communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Discord, and Twitch, as well as within relevant online communities.
- Engage with prospects through direct messages, comments, email, and other appropriate communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, qualify leads effectively, and maintain consistent follow-up to nurture relationships.
- Convert prospects into clients by addressing queries related to services, pricing, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and sales targets.
- Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights with the internal team to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, social media outreach, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven hands-on experience with social media platforms and managing online communities.
- Strong skills in research, follow-up, relationship-building, and closing sales.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge or interest in design, animation, gaming, streaming, or the creator economy is highly desirable.
- Competitive market salary with additional commission and other benefits.
- Work location is in person at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Monthly pay ranges between Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
