Social Media Videographer & Editor

Aqua Brew - Aquarium Café is seeking a creative and skilled part-time Videographer & Video Editor to join our team on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content tailored for our Instagram audience. This role involves capturing the unique ambiance of our café, including specialty coffee, food items, freshwater fish, and aquariums, while staying current with social media trends to create engaging and visually appealing Reels.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit the café at least 3 to 4 days per week to capture fresh and dynamic video content.
- Shoot high-quality videos that showcase the café’s food, specialty coffee, aquariums, and overall customer experience.
- Develop trendy and engaging Instagram Reels that reflect current social media trends and audience preferences.
- Edit videos with a focus on strong storytelling, smooth transitions, sound design, color grading, and engaging pacing.
- Plan and produce a pre-agreed number of Instagram Reels each month to maintain consistent content output.
- Stay updated on trending audio, editing styles, and viral content formats relevant to café and lifestyle brands.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in videography and short-form video editing, ideally within cafés, restaurants, food brands, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong filming skills with an excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software and tools.
- Ability to create polished, engaging, and trend-driven Instagram Reels.
- Must own professional equipment, including a camera and/or a capable smartphone, lighting, and essential filming accessories.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video work is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Videographer or Video Editor.
- Must be located in Lahore or willing to work on-site in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, freelance position operating on a hybrid model. The candidate will be required to visit the café on-site at least 3 to 4 days per week. Monthly deliverables and compensation will be determined based on experience, portfolio quality, and the scope of work. The pay range for this role is between Rs50,000 and Rs70,000 per month.

Additional Information
