Software Architect / Architecture Engineer

Squad Tech Solution is seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our team. We specialize in building custom CRMs, client portals, and tailored business software. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate client workflows into detailed technical plans and collaborate closely with developers to bring these solutions to life. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between client needs and development execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client discovery calls to ask critical technical questions and identify potential risks before finalizing project scopes.
- Design the overall architecture, including application structure, database schema, APIs, and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless interaction between components.
- Plan user roles, permissions, deployment strategies, and scalability considerations to support future growth.
- Break down the architecture into clear milestones that developers can estimate and implement effectively.
- Review important implementation decisions and assist in diagnosing performance or reliability issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and delivering production web applications.
- Strong understanding of backend development, relational databases, API design, and cloud deployment practices.
- Ability to guide development teams and communicate technical trade-offs to clients in clear, non-technical language.
- Familiarity with Node.js, React or Next.js, and PostgreSQL or MySQL is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
