Key Responsibilities:
The Software Architect will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the software development team, primarily focusing on .NET-related projects. This role involves guiding technical teams through complex challenges, reviewing project estimations, making informed technology decisions, and designing architectural solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements. The Architect will ensure adherence to best practices in cloud architecture, security, microservices, and modern development methodologies. Responsibilities also include auditing existing projects for compliance with industry standards, supporting DevOps initiatives by designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring team members to uphold development standards. The role demands active participation throughout the Agile development lifecycle and requires the ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting scalable, reliable .NET solutions using modern design practices such as containerization, CI/CD, Azure DevOps pipelines, and microservices.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams, providing direction, and mentoring developers.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Strong decision-making skills focused on reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability from design through deployment.
- Expertise in designing and developing .NET applications hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Ability to create and enforce development standards based on industry best practices.
- Experience auditing projects to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Support for DevOps processes through automation and pipeline maintenance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active involvement in all stages of Agile processes.
- Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and standards.
- Azure Solutions Architect certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

Familiarity with Python and AI technologies is considered an advantage.
