Key Responsibilities:
The Software Architect will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the software development team, primarily focusing on .NET-related projects. This role involves guiding technical teams through complex challenges, reviewing project estimations, making informed technology decisions, and designing architectural solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements. The Architect will ensure adherence to modern best practices, including cloud architecture, security, microservices, and Azure platform capabilities. Responsibilities also include defining development standards, mentoring team members, auditing existing projects for compliance with industry standards, and supporting DevOps initiatives by implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. The role requires active participation throughout the Agile development lifecycle and staying current with emerging architectural trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting scalable, reliable .NET solutions using modern design principles such as containerization, microservices, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams, providing direction, and mentoring developers.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React or Angular is essential.
- Strong decision-making skills focused on reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability from design through deployment.
- Expertise in designing and developing applications hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Ability to create and enforce development standards based on industry best practices.
- Experience auditing projects to ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Support for DevOps by designing and maintaining automation pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in all stages of the process.
- Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Azure Solutions Architect certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
