Key Responsibilities:
The Software Architect will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the software development team, primarily focusing on .NET-related projects. This role involves guiding technical teams through complex challenges, reviewing project estimations, and making critical technology decisions. The architect will design scalable and robust architectural solutions that satisfy both functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, the role requires expertise in cloud architecture, particularly Microsoft Azure, and a strong emphasis on security, microservices, and modern development best practices. The architect will also support integration of AI technologies and Python-based solutions into existing and new software architectures. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring engineers, driving technical direction, and ensuring adherence to architecture and development standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting scalable, reliable .NET solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture, with proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in software architecture and system design, including microservices, containerization, security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and contemporary DevOps practices.
- Solid experience with AI technologies and Python, capable of evaluating, designing, and integrating AI solutions within software architectures.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to guide teams and make informed architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience establishing architecture and development standards and conducting thorough technical and architectural reviews.
- Proven track record of leading solutions through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and production support.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements, emerging technologies, and architecture trends, with the ability to assess their practical application.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
