Software Architect

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Software Architect to join our expanding software development team and lead critical .NET-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
The Software Architect will provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple development initiatives. This role involves supporting engineering teams in resolving complex technical issues, reviewing project estimates, and making strategic technology decisions. The architect will design scalable and robust architectural solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements. A strong focus will be placed on cloud architecture, security, microservices, and modern software development practices. Additionally, the role requires integrating AI technologies and Python-based solutions into existing and new software frameworks. The architect will also mentor engineers, drive technical direction, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting scalable, reliable .NET solutions.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture, including the design and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficient in software architecture and system design principles, with deep knowledge of microservices, containerization, security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with AI technologies and Python, capable of evaluating, designing, and integrating AI solutions within modern software architectures.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and contemporary DevOps methodologies.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding engineering teams and making informed architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and assessing trade-offs.
- Experience establishing architecture and development standards, conducting technical and architectural reviews.
- Proven ability to lead solutions through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and production support.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
