Software Architect

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Architect to join our software development team in Karachi. This role involves leading technical efforts on .NET-related projects, making critical architectural decisions, and supporting teams in solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through architecture and design decisions.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures aligned with both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate project estimations and make informed technology choices to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead the integration of AI technologies and Python solutions within modern software architectures.
- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native services and best practices.
- Implement and promote CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern DevOps methodologies.
- Conduct technical and architecture reviews to establish and maintain development standards.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating complex concepts.
- Stay updated on emerging AI advancements, cloud technologies, and software architecture trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
- Work with frontend technologies such as React or Angular to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting scalable .NET solutions.
- Strong expertise in AI technologies and Python, with the ability to design and integrate AI-driven features.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, including designing and deploying enterprise applications.
- Deep knowledge of microservices, containerization, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability principles.
- Proficiency in CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps tools.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience establishing architecture standards and conducting thorough technical reviews.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
