Software Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be capable of driving successful project outcomes by ensuring effective reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control. This role involves close collaboration with functional managers to facilitate and prioritize processes, ensuring the software development lifecycle operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting, manage risks, control timelines, and oversee project budgets.
- Facilitate the software development process to ensure it functions as intended.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Managers to encourage and prioritize project processes.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following established project management best practices.
- Organize and lead communications and meetings with offshore clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and within scope, while maintaining an up-to-date project schedule.
- Support the professional development and training of team members.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management regularly.
- Utilize various processes, meetings, and documentation to maintain forward progress and promptly identify issues.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee version control and configuration management within the development team.
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned with relevant personnel to improve future project performance.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of solutions.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects according to project management principles and best practices.
- Master’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
