Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled software developer with 3 to 5 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable and reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications that support business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party systems as needed.
- Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow established software development methodologies, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, C++, PHP, or Python.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of databases, APIs, version control systems, and software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience developing or integrating AI-enabled applications is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
