Software Development Manager - MS D365 CRM/CE

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the Product Engineering Team for our VeriTouch solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This role requires a strong technical leader who can oversee development processes, ensure high-quality delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality engineers through sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.
- Oversee software development processes, including backlog management, task planning, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team, conducting regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and professional development activities.
- Guide the design, development, and architecture of the VeriTouch solution leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
- Ensure code reviews and software development processes are effectively executed to maintain product quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to develop high-level designs and technical roadmaps.
- Stay current with advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, evaluating their applicability to enhance the product.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

- Over 15 years of hands-on experience with the .NET platform, C#, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform technologies, including Model Driven Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role leading software development teams.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills focused on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Plug-ins, SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent technologies is highly desirable.
