Software Development Manager NET+Angular

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager with expertise in .NET and Angular to join our dynamic, global team focused on delivering innovative web-based banking solutions. This role involves leading development teams working on projects such as internet banking, CRM, loan origination systems, and branch banking. The ideal candidate is passionate about deepening their technical expertise while mentoring junior developers and driving high-quality software delivery across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage development teams and Technical Leads across assigned products and projects.
- Oversee workforce planning, team structure, hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives.
- Define and enforce development standards, engineering best practices, and technical governance.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met with a focus on quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to align priorities and execution plans.
- Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and succession planning effectively.
- Support Technical Leads in solution design, architectural decisions, technical escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development planning for team members.
- Monitor engineering KPIs, productivity metrics, technical debt, and delivery health indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in software development processes, tools, and practices.
- Participate in recruitment activities including candidate evaluation and technical interviews.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 11 years of software development experience with strong skills in .NET and Angular.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Development Manager, Engineering Manager, or Development Manager leading global teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple development teams and Technical Leads simultaneously.
- Solid background in Microservices architecture and enterprise application development.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
- Expertise in capacity planning, resource management, and workforce development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple parallel projects and distributed teams efficiently.
- Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, designers, and IS teams to deliver corporate web applications aligned with brand standards.
