Software Engineer - AI/ML

We are seeking a talented AI/ML and Data Engineer who possesses strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with clients, understanding their complex requirements, and architecting effective AI-driven solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on engineering expertise and business insight to confidently present solutions and help convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models tailored for real-world applications.
- Collect, clean, preprocess data, and perform feature engineering to prepare datasets for model development.
- Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms to address various business challenges.
- Build AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI techniques.
- Design and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, working with embeddings and vector databases when necessary.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, continuously improving accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Integrate AI/ML models into applications through REST APIs and backend services.
- Support deployment of models into production environments and maintain their ongoing performance.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best software development practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development through professional work or relevant practical projects.
- Proven experience working on AI/ML projects, with the ability to clearly explain the approach, implementation, and outcomes.
- Solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
