Software Engineer -Frontend

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building fast, responsive, and accessible web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers and backend teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript. This role involves transforming Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI, optimizing application performance, and integrating AI-powered features to enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers to convert Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems utilizing Tailwind CSS and Storybook.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs while managing application state with tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query/TanStack Query.
- Optimize application performance through Core Web Vitals, code splitting, server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and caching strategies.
- Create AI-powered UI experiences, including chat interfaces, streaming responses, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot in daily tasks.
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and showcase work during team and client demos.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on production experience with React and working knowledge of Next.js (App Router).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS methodologies, emphasizing responsive and mobile-first design.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience consuming APIs and managing authentication flows such as OAuth and JWT.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices.
- Strong testing discipline with attention to detail in both UI and UX quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present work clearly, explain technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
- A proactive ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take initiative on feature development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
