Software Engineer -Frontend

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building fast, responsive, and accessible web applications. You will work closely with designers and backend teams to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Your role will involve creating reusable components, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and developing AI-powered UI experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with designers to convert Figma designs into precise, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems leveraging Tailwind CSS and Storybook.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing application state with tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query/TanStack Query.
- Optimize application performance through Core Web Vitals, code splitting, server-side rendering (SSR/SSG), and caching strategies.
- Create AI-powered UI features including chat interfaces, streaming responses, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation sessions, and present your work during team and client demos.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on production experience with React and working knowledge of Next.js (App Router).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS methodologies, with a focus on responsive, mobile-first design.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience consuming APIs and managing authentication flows such as OAuth and JWT.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development processes.
- Strong testing discipline and attention to detail to ensure high-quality UI and UX.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach to feature development.
