Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Engineer to join our development team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in programming, a strong desire to learn new technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior developers. This role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software applications while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic software bugs and technical issues.
- Support the development and integration of APIs and database solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write and maintain technical documentation to support software projects.
- Learn and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies as required.
- Engage in team meetings and Agile/Scrum development activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or PHP.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and fundamental data structures.
- Basic familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Basic understanding of APIs, software testing, and debugging techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
