We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing requirements and specification documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. This role involves creating comprehensive test cases, planning and executing testing activities, and ensuring that features and scenarios are accurately translated into test cases. The candidate will also be expected to identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs throughout their entire lifecycle, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Review requirements and specification documents to offer constructive and timely feedback.
- Develop detailed test cases based on features and scenarios.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities to ensure thorough coverage.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle until resolution.
- Create automated test scripts derived from test cases (automation experience is a plus).
- Develop performance test scripts to assess system behavior under load (experience is a plus).

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in reviewing technical requirements and specifications.
- Strong ability to design and document test cases effectively.
- Experience in manual testing and bug tracking throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with performance testing and creating related scripts is considered an advantage.
