Software Engineer - Technical Project Lead

A UK-based client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer or Technical Project Lead to design and develop a unified Quality, Health Check, and Audit Dashboard. This platform will consolidate data from Live Widget, CAT, AI Audit, and other systems across the customer journey. The goal is to provide comprehensive visibility into the health and quality of individual cases, users, teams, and the overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Review existing systems, tools, and data structures to understand current capabilities.
- Analyze how information is captured throughout the customer journey.
- Design a centralized platform and dashboard architecture to unify data sources.
- Integrate data from multiple systems into a cohesive reporting framework.
- Develop clear and actionable reports covering quality, compliance, performance, and operational health.
- Enable users to drill down into individual cases, providing full visibility of the customer journey.
- Track and display detailed audit information such as who performed each action, checks conducted, pass/fail status, changes made, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure the platform supports audit trails, permissions management, compliance standards, and data security protocols.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Produce a detailed development plan outlining priorities, phases, and estimated timelines.
- Collaborate closely with business and operational stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with practical business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development and system integration projects.
- Expertise in designing and implementing dashboard and reporting platforms.
- Strong skills in data modeling and working with multiple, diverse data sources.
- Familiarity with audit trails, quality assurance, or compliance systems.
- Experience with customer journey mapping or case management platforms.
- Competence in project planning and producing clear technical documentation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
