Software Engineer - Technical Project Lead

A UK-based client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer or Technical Project Lead to design and develop a unified Quality, Health Check, and Audit Dashboard. This platform will integrate data from Live Widget, CAT, AI Audit, and other systems across the customer journey. The goal is to consolidate information to effectively monitor the health and quality of individual cases, users, teams, and the overall business.

Key Responsibilities

- Review existing systems, tools, and data structures to understand current capabilities and limitations.
- Analyze how information is captured throughout the customer journey to ensure comprehensive data integration.
- Design a centralized platform and dashboard framework that provides clear visibility into quality, compliance, performance, and operational health.
- Integrate data from multiple disparate systems into a cohesive reporting environment.
- Develop reporting features that allow users to drill down into individual cases, viewing the entire customer journey in detail.
- Track and display who completed each action, what was checked, the results (pass/fail), any changes made, and how issues were resolved.
- Ensure the platform supports audit trails, user permissions, compliance requirements, and robust data security measures.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Create a detailed development plan outlining priorities, phases, and estimated timelines.
- Collaborate closely with business and operational stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with practical business needs and objectives.

- Proven experience in software development and system integration, particularly in complex environments.
- Expertise in designing and implementing dashboard and reporting platforms that consolidate multiple data sources.
- Strong skills in data modeling and working with diverse datasets.
