Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior managers to plan and design process blueprints aimed at enhancing system delivery.
- Collect critical information from meetings with diverse stakeholders and translate it into actionable plans.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s core business functions and operating model.
- Manage daily operations and services across different units within the Delivery Assurance group.
- Build business acumen by engaging with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Plan, attend, and coordinate meetings under the guidance of senior managers.
- Stay updated on the latest IT industry processes and advancements to help modernize systems.
- Communicate plans and insights effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
- Learn mentoring skills to support and guide other team members.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or MBA degree from a reputed university.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and coordinate with stakeholders to reach acceptable solutions.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience in managing and interpreting data.
