Software Engineer Trainee

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the full application lifecycle, with a focus on coding and debugging.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and propose solutions.
- Contribute to technical analysis, prepare technical specifications, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Write well-designed, testable, and reusable code.
- Produce detailed specifications and assess operational feasibility.
- Integrate software components into fully functional systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct UI testing to enhance user experience.
- Prepare functional requirement documents and user guides.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify and implement new features.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or MCA from a reputed university, preferably with a computer science background.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in systems or application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Ruby, Python, and .NET.
- Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
