Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Perform manual testing on new and existing features to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Track and report defects clearly, collaborating closely with software development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
- Participate in requirements reviews to ensure test coverage aligns with specifications and standards.
- Validate software against defined requirements and industry standards to guarantee compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Quality Assurance to ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Practical experience in manual testing, including test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
- Foundational knowledge of software development concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and understand system behavior.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and documenting issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
