Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-driven and enterprise software solutions.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software meets established quality and performance standards.
- Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements to testing processes to enhance overall software quality.
- Maintain and update testing documentation, participating in reviews to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvements within AllysAI’s platform and client-facing solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in test execution, including the design, execution, and documentation of both manual and automated test cases.
- Practical experience with software quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in defect management, root cause analysis, and regression testing.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret requirements, evaluate system behavior, and diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Jira or similar issue tracking systems; experience with test management and automation frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly documenting findings and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
