Software Quality Assurance Tester

Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-driven and enterprise software solutions to ensure they meet established quality and performance standards. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing on a daily basis. Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently. Analyze test results and recommend improvements to enhance testing processes and overall software quality. Maintain detailed testing documentation and actively participate in review sessions to uphold high-quality delivery across projects. Contribute to continuous quality improvements for both AllysAI’s platform and client-facing solutions.

Required Qualifications
Strong foundation in test execution, including designing, running, and documenting both manual and automated test cases. Practical experience in software quality assurance methodologies and best practices, with proficiency in defect management, root cause analysis, and regression testing. Well-developed analytical skills to interpret requirements, evaluate system behavior, and diagnose issues effectively. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Jira or similar issue trackers, test management tools, and automation frameworks is advantageous. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience collaborating with engineering and product teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of documenting findings clearly and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines across multiple projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
