Solar Project Manager

i4 Junction (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Solar Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in solar energy systems and demonstrate excellent project management abilities. This role requires effective leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee solar PV projects from initiation through to commissioning.
- Coordinate activities across design, procurement, installation, civil works, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage directly with clients by delivering presentations, attending meetings, and providing viable solutions to facilitate project closure and deal finalization.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and overall progress to maintain control over project delivery.
- Ensure all installations comply with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to supervise project execution, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality assurance protocols.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to maintain effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, maintain project documentation, and compile completion reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Supervise site teams to optimize manpower and material utilization efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing solar PV projects, preferably within commercial and industrial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar system design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent skills in project planning, team leadership, coordination, and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project planning or reporting tools.
