Solar Site Engineer

SBEEC is seeking a dedicated Solar Site Engineer to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of solar projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client’s specifications. You will work closely with both the execution team and clients to maintain smooth communication and uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the complete execution of solar projects on-site, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Support project management activities, including regular reporting and progress tracking.
- Coordinate effectively with the execution team and clients to address any issues or updates on-site.
- Ensure all projects meet the agreed-upon client requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain client satisfaction by providing consistent updates and addressing concerns during project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in solar or electrical project environments.
- Willingness to work on-site for project supervision.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and their installation.

Skills:
- Strong site supervision capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of solar installation processes.
- Electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Effective reporting and coordination abilities.
