Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and batteries with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Carry out installation and commissioning of solar ON Grid, hybrid, and off-grid inverter systems.
- Configure and install lithium-ion battery banks effectively.
- Apply practical knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, including load distribution.
- Test inverter operations and overall system performance post-installation to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify and resolve faults related to installation processes promptly.
- Troubleshoot alarms and faults in solar inverters to maintain system reliability.
- Perform preventive maintenance and conduct regular system inspections to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in solar installation, inverter commissioning, and battery system management is preferred.
- Diploma or DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
- Candidates holding Matric or Intermediate education along with relevant solar or electrical technical certifications will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The position offers a full-time role based at the Lahore office with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary is market competitive, starting from Rs25,000 per month, reflecting experience and expertise.
- Candidates who can reliably commute to Lahore or are planning to relocate before starting work are preferred.
- This role requires in-person attendance, providing direct engagement with the technical team and hands-on project involvement.
