We are currently seeking a Solution Architect with 10 to 15+ years of experience to design, govern, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions within complex, regulated environments. This role requires expertise across business, data, application, technology, and integration domains, with a strong focus on cloud adoption, legacy platform modernization, and alignment with business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have hands-on technical skills combined with architecture governance and stakeholder leadership, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or similarly regulated sectors. The position offers hybrid or onsite work options and is full-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end architecture across applications, data, cloud, and integration layers. Translate business requirements into architecture artifacts such as MVDs, HLDs, integration maps, data flow models, and sequence diagrams.
- Lead architecture reviews, design assurance, and governance to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and principles.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures leveraging microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native patterns. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Architect and guide cloud solutions primarily on Azure and GCP, with practical knowledge of containers, serverless computing, networking, IAM, and cloud security. Lead cloud platform implementations and modernization initiatives including cloud migrations, ERP/EPM transformations, and multi-/hybrid-cloud strategies.
- Ensure architectures comply with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements specific to BFSI. Embed security-by-design principles, including IAM, encryption, data governance, and operational risk controls. Collaborate closely with risk, audit, security, and compliance teams to achieve accreditation and operational readiness.
- Partner with business, finance, engineering, product, and operations teams to shape solution direction and trade-offs. Provide technical leadership throughout delivery phases from design to deployment. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion architectural best practices, reusable patterns, and reference architectures. Manage architecture repositories, modeling standards, and documentation quality. Mentor engineers, junior architects, and cross-functional teams to foster continuous learning and architectural excellence.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Architecture roles with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, API-led architectures, and integration-heavy solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, IAM, compute, storage, container orchestration, and cloud-native services.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Strong background in data architecture, including warehousing, streaming, governance, lineage, and analytics.
- Experience delivering solutions within BFSI or similarly regulated environments, familiar with ERP/finance platforms, general ledger systems, payments, risk management, regulatory reporting, EPM, and financial data flows.
- Proficiency in producing architecture documentation such as MVDs, HLDs, LLDs, sequence diagrams, and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman and modeling tools including UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq, or Visio.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Cloud certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Architect, Oracle ERP Cloud, Integration Cloud, or EPM certifications.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation and multi-year enterprise programs. Exposure to open banking, API ecosystems, or financial modernization initiatives is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology stacks including GCP and Oracle Cloud, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), container technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Oracle DB.
- Knowledge of frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Success metrics include delivering high-quality, compliant, and scalable architecture artifacts, reducing architectural risk and technical debt, ensuring seamless integration across cloud and legacy systems, and maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction aligned with enterprise strategy.
