Solution Engineer - Finance

In this role, you will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of Nakisa-Finance solutions through tailored presentations and supporting the sales process with critical documentation. This position offers the chance to become a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of solutions aligned with accounting best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and share best practices related to lease accounting.
- Act as a subject matter expert in support of sales and implementation projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide technical expertise during RFP/RFI processes.
- Prepare and deliver business-level presentations customized to customer needs.
- Support proof of concept deliveries for both prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, marketing, sales, and professional services teams to provide feedback and improve solutions.
- Serve as the primary advocate for Nakisa Finance product lines internally and externally.
- Assist quality assurance efforts by testing lease accounting journal entries, disclosure reporting, and related functionalities.
- Guide customers on best practices to maximize the value of Nakisa Finance products.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA membership with at least three years of post-membership experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with particular expertise in IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-facing skills or a strong willingness and ability to develop them.
- Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in IT or ERP development environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with product demonstrations, especially those focused on accounting solutions.
- Prior experience working with lease accounting is a plus.
