Solution Engineering Intern (Leading to Job)

The Solution Engineering Intern will play a vital role in supporting presales, proposal development, customer coordination, and technical solution delivery for Industrial IoT (IIoT) and automation projects. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, assisting in customer engagements and site visits, and gaining practical experience in industrial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain standard proposals using approved templates and solution offerings.
- Assist in managing client handovers, change requests, and daily customer communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical documents, commercial information, compliance paperwork, and responses needed during proposal and presales phases.
- Support interdepartmental coordination involving Finance, Projects, Procurement, and other teams for tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
- Participate in technical evaluations, site surveys, machine connectivity assessments, and solution discussions with customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering with exposure to IoT/IIoT or Industrial Automation.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if their Final Year Project relates to IIoT, Industrial Automation, or Smart Manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential due to frequent interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, site surveys, and technical evaluations, as this role is field-oriented rather than office-based.
