Solutions Delivery Associate

As a Solution Delivery Associate on our global team, you will blend business analysis with project delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, technical leads, developers, and QA specialists to develop tailored solutions and oversee their successful implementation. Your role involves creating and integrating software and AI agent workflows that enhance our processes, ensuring human oversight for every critical decision and maintaining clear, auditable records. You will take ownership of your work, supported by weekly coaching and senior reviews focused on scope, estimates, budgets, and delivery commitments. This position values demonstrated capability and potential over specific years of experience, degrees, or job titles. The role is remote, based in Pakistan, and operates as a full-time contractor position aligned with UK and US working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops and ongoing client discussions to understand processes, users, business rules, constraints, and desired outcomes.
- Define use cases, analyze functional and non-functional requirements, and design personas, workflow models, and low-fidelity prototypes using tools like Visual Spec.
- Develop comprehensive work breakdown structures with clear work packages, ownership, estimates, dependencies, and completion criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build realistic project plans that account for QA, client feedback, capacity, and uncertainties. Commit prudently and strive to exceed expectations. Monitor progress via the Application Management Portal.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing delivery coordination, forecasts, risks, actions, change control, and resolving blockers promptly.
- Oversee testing, client acceptance, handover, and post-delivery reviews to ensure adoption and value realization.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid business acumen, adapting solutions effectively within client constraints such as time, budget, and scope.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to break down complex challenges into manageable parts and identify relationships between ideas.
- Engaging communication style with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, minimizing misunderstandings.
- Proficient spoken and written English, capable of conveying complex concepts precisely and adapting communication for clients across the UK, Europe, Canada, and the US.
- Experience in business analysis and design, including scoping use cases, defining personas and workflows, analyzing requirements, creating prototypes, and writing testable acceptance criteria.
- Strong planning skills, able to decompose scope, sequence tasks, identify dependencies, and validate estimates and schedules with specialists.
- Good understanding of AI and data, including data models, quality, integrations, and AI decision-making processes. Ability to distinguish deterministic rules from AI judgment and work on safe, testable solutions with technical experts.
- Practical experience building or configuring AI agent workflows, testing outputs, and designing human review or approval steps.
- Commercial awareness of how scope, time, cost, quality, and client value impact project success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global, distributed teams and work schedules overlapping with clients in multiple time zones.
- Preferred background includes experience shaping or delivering bespoke B2B software for external clients, especially operational workflows, business systems, and integrations.
