Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Karachi with 2 to 3+ years of experience in the Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and energy solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering and hands-on experience in the design and execution of industrial and utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. This role involves working closely with sales, project teams, clients, and EPC contractors to deliver technically sound and efficient energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and sizing of BESS and integrated Solar + BESS solutions.
- Conduct site surveys, load analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare technical proposals.
- Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), system configurations, and other technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to sales and project teams during customer meetings and throughout project execution.
- Coordinate effectively with EPC contractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities on-site.
- Conduct technical training sessions and presentations for EPCs and clients to enhance understanding and project success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in Solar PV, BESS, or power systems.
- Proven hands-on experience in industrial and utility-scale project design and execution.
- Strong knowledge of BESS and hybrid system design, Solar PV system design, and power systems.
- Proficient in load and energy analysis, system sizing, and preparation of technical proposals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with simulation software and MS Office applications.
