We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our team and support the sales department with product sourcing, supplier coordination, and pricing requirements. Currently, one sourcing team member manages inquiries for nine Sales Representatives, resulting in delays in quotation preparation. This role is designed to enhance response times and provide timely, accurate pricing support to improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle product sourcing and pricing inquiries from the sales team promptly and accurately.
- Obtain and compare quotations from various suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare precise and competitive quotations for sales representatives to facilitate customer engagement.
- Follow up on pending pricing requests and sourcing inquiries to avoid delays.
- Maintain up-to-date records of supplier information and product pricing.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or product pricing will be considered an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is required.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to work efficiently under pressure. They should be capable of coordinating with multiple suppliers while supporting the sales team with accurate and timely pricing information. Strong discipline, punctuality, and commitment to company working hours are critical for success in this role.

Candidate Eligibility

- Male candidates only.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
- Punctuality, discipline, and dedication to the company’s working schedule are mandatory.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000. The work location requires physical presence at the office.
