SP Operations Specialist / Remote MSP Executive

Simply Connect is seeking an experienced and technically proficient MSP Operations Specialist / Remote MSP Manager to join our IT team based in Karachi. The successful candidate will have practical experience managing or operating a Managed Service Provider (MSP) remotely, overseeing IT service delivery, handling technical escalations, and ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires someone who can work independently, coordinate effectively with remote teams and clients, and consistently uphold high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day MSP operations and remote IT service delivery.
- Monitor IT systems, service requests, incidents, and technical escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with remote technical teams and clients to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Track service-level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and support tickets to maintain service quality.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular operational updates.
- Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure smooth coordination across technical support, infrastructure, and service management functions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing or operating an MSP remotely.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes and technical escalation management.
- Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and SLA tracking.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs120,000.
