Specialist Dispatcher - US Trucking Campaign

7 Sky Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated US Truck Dispatch Specialist to join our team at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US trucking industry, particularly in dispatch operations, broker negotiations, and securing profitable freight loads. This full-time position operates on a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday and offers a fixed salary along with a commission structure. Key Responsibilities
- Source and book profitable freight loads using DAT One and other load boards.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers to maximize profitability.
- Dispatch and manage various truck types including Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Hotshot trucks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers to ensure steady load flow.
- Track shipments closely and provide timely updates to drivers and clients.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Maximize truck utilization and overall revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and prepare operational reports as required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a US Truck Dispatch campaign.
- Proficient knowledge of DAT One and other freight load boards.
- Experience handling operations for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Hotshot trucks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Carrier Invoice Clearance processes is essential.
- Solid understanding of freight rates, lanes, and dispatch operations.
