Specialist - Network Operation Center (NOC)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Network Operation Center (NOC) team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role involves managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, including configuring and troubleshooting devices from Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and be adept at ensuring the stability and efficiency of both LAN and WAN environments. The role demands proactive problem-solving skills, quick response to network outages, and continuous monitoring to optimize network performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices from Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei.
- Configure and maintain routing protocols including BGP and OSPF, as well as switching technologies like Dot1q, EtherChannel, and STP.
- Support and maintain existing WAN and LAN infrastructure to ensure reliable network operations.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network routers and switches.
- Respond promptly to network outages and recommend effective solutions to resolve performance issues.
- Participate actively in ongoing network support and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Professional certification such as CISCO CCNP or an equivalent credential is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
